Every carpet is double-wrapped in moisture-proof material to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Shipping on orders above a specific value within India.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We do ship internationally. Please note that your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Romacarpets is not responsible for these charges.
Romacarpets is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and product to file a claim.
